Logging in for the first time

1. Go to webmail.konsoleh.co.za.
2. Under Email address, type your full email address, for example [email protected].
3. Under Password, type the temporary password we sent you. Passwords are case-sensitive. Tap Show to check you’ve typed it correctly.
4. Click Log in.

Changing your temporary password

Please do this the first time you log in, so you’re the only person who knows your password.

1. Once you’re logged in, click the settings gear (⚙) in the top right corner.
2. In the menu on the left, click Manage Mailbox.
3. Log in again with your email address and the temporary password.
4. Click Change password.
5. Type your new password in both boxes.
6. Click Update Mailbox at the bottom of the page.

From now on, use your new password to log in. If you also read this email on your phone or in Outlook, update the password there too.

Choosing a strong password

• Use at least 14 characters, with upper- and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Don’t use your name, your business name, your email address or important dates.
• Don’t reuse a password you already use somewhere else.
• Keep it in a password manager, or somewhere safe that only you can access.

Forgotten your password?

We can reset it for you. Message us on WhatsApp +27 84 080 7866 or email [email protected] and we’ll send you a new temporary password. We’ll never ask you for your password, so please don’t send it to anyone.
